Well, the product is good and within budget. Though initially, I got some problem but later on after utilizing and learning I came to know how to use it. So I think it's a nice product within budget. The shaver looks good and has a different kind of heads. I purchased it for the various heads provided by the company.
I have ordered the product and took around 5 days to deliver ( delivered 1 day in advance as per commitment. this is the best value for Money product same as described, perfect for the daily use yet to test the charging speed as the battery is still charged after 3 use. First of all this product Delivered 3 days before the expected delivery time very good. Come to I got to this for Rs.520/- to this price product good. But don't expect quality as it is not good.
The Cons of the Grooming Kits
Detaching and attaching head is very inconvenient because you have to pull it up for detaching which may break screws of heads which attaches to the small metal hook. Attaching also the same problem, you have to push the heads hard to attach. Don't read the instructions written in the paper which come along with it. On the paper it's written like open the metal hexagonal screw, don't open it else it will b hard to refix it. After 10hrs charging, you can only use it for 35 minutes.
Worst experience with this deal of Shopclues and the vendor. First time I got it and used the trimmer. Second time even the box was torn and instead of black I received the red one and the even cleaning brush was missing. I raised the issue and omplained on Shopclues website. The courier guy came the third time and refused to take saying brush as complaint not made only used product complaint. I called customer care and they said we are removing current complaint and while doing so the replacement schedule is canceled and the system goes off. I was asked to call again. Again I called and a new replacement of the Philips trimmer is rescheduled. Again I got a red colored kit with no cleaning brush. At the end, I accepted the Philips trimmer without cleaning brush. There is clearly no quality check now on Shopclues products. I would suggest you buy this product with diligence from Shopclues. They have used or partial products on sale.
